The Discussions tab provides a history of the discussions and comments surrounding a particular entity.
The Discussion tab lists all of the items that have been sent from the main document page. The information displayed is as follows:
From- The person who sent the original item.
To- The person, or people, to whom the item was sent.
Message with File(s)- The message entered when the item was sent, along with any attachments included.
Date Responded- The date the message was sent.
Reply/Forward- Allows team members to respond to or forward an existing message.
Once a message exists on the discussion tab, a user can respond to it
or forward it by clicking on the envelope icon

The screen will change to reflect the send options from the Creating a New Entity dialog.
As multiple discussions threads are created, the Discussion tab will reflect these multiple entries.
